Engineering Slow‐Carrier Interfacial Recombination Enables Tailored Spectral Response
This work demonstrates that weak‐drift slow carriers are preferentially captured at generic semiconductor surfaces/interfaces and recombine. This process is manipulated to achieve tailored spectral response. A tens of µm‐wide depletion region is created to observe surface collection rates for photocarriers generated at different positions.

Solar still with rotating parts: a review
Environmental Science and Pollution Research, 2021Access to freshwater is narrowed down every day in the world. Many diseases of human beings are related to water supplies contaminated or unpurified. Nowadays, there are massive water shortages in developed and developing nations due to unplanned mechanisms and water pollution caused by human behavior.

Desalination, 1985
Abstract Solar distillation is a free energy operation, however low its efficiency because of low incident radiation. It requires a larger installation area for water production than other conventional desalination processes. Nevertheless it remains the best solution for remote areas and small communities where other water supply systems are not ...

Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews, 2010
The availability of drinking water is reducing day by day; where as the requirement of drinking water is increasing rapidly. To overcome this problem there is a need for some sustainable source for the water distillation (purification). Solar still is a useful device that can be used for the distilling of brackish water for the drinking purposes.

CHARACTERISATION OF SOLAR STILLS
International Journal of Solar Energy, 1996This paper presents the transient analysis of a conventional solar still and the derivation of suitable parameters to assist in the characterization of various designs of solar stills. The methodology to test and compare the various designs of solar stills is presented. Further an attempt is made to incorporate the effect of glass cover inclination and
