Evaluation of Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum graecum L.) and Florists Daisy (Chrysanthemum morifolium L.) Intercropping and Its Effects on Insect Population [PDF]
Intercropping is a common method of crop production in many regions of the world mainly due to the resources efficiency and yeid promotion. To study the agronomic traits of Chrysanthemum morifolium intercropped with fenugreek, an experiment was conducted

This study reveals that long non‐coding RNAs represent important regulatory components underlying pear domestication and improvement. Integrative multi‐omics analyses identify selected lncRNAs associated with fruit traits, while functional validation uncovers a lignin‐related lncRNA, lncRNA‐pys, that promotes lignin accumulation.

Dual‐line Genome‐scale CRISPR Screening Enables Robust Target Gene Discovery
A species‐optimized CRISPR platform integrates efficient piggyBac delivery, genome‐scale sgRNA libraries, and parallel screening in two independently engineered Bactrocera dorsalis Cas9 cell lines. Cross‐line consensus analysis filters line‐specific effects, enriches candidates with reproducible in vivo phenotypes, and reveals conserved, species ...

ABSTRACT Translating dynamic liquid‐liquid phase separation into robust solid‐state architectures remains a challenge in materials engineering. Here, we report a composition‐driven interfacial assembly strategy that couples supramolecular coacervation with metal‐phenolic coordination to engineer tunable fungicide carriers.

Comparative antennal single‐nucleus transcriptomics reveals cell‐type‐dependent transcriptomic divergence in Bactrocera dorsalis, with similar structural cells but divergent sensory neurons. This neuronal diversification is associated with a distinct ammonia‐sensing pathway, linking female attraction to bird‐dropping‐associated cues with nutritional ...
