The Mitogen‐Activated Protein Kinase GhNTF3 Modulates the Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Symbiosis‐Immunity Trade‐Off in Cotton by Regulating Salicylic Acid Biosynthesis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
AM symbiosis induces GhWAK13 to promote fungal colonization. GhNTF3 negatively regulates symbiosis by promoting SA biosynthesis. GhWAK13 sequesters GhNTF3 at the membrane, limiting its nuclear translocation and relieving SA‐mediated suppression. Under Verticillium stress, GhNTF3 enters the nucleus and interacts with GhJAZ6 to activate SA signaling ...

An Effector TaCRVP From Tuta Absoluta Oral Secretion Impairs H2O2‐Mediated Plant Defense by Targeting Tomato SlCAT2

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The Tuta absoluta salivary effector TaCRVP subverts tomato immunity by hijacking host catalase SlCAT2. Through a sophisticated dual mechanism, TaCRVP simultaneously promotes SlCAT2 tetramerization for activation and blocks its SlAdBiL‐mediated degradation for stabilization.

Decoupling Fabrication From Encoding: DNA‐Addressable Template Microparticles for Large, User‐Defined Optical Barcode Libraries

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A universal hydrogel microparticle template with five DNA‐addressable domains decouples particle fabrication from barcode writing. Contact‐free multilaminar flow lithography produces >106 templates/h, and post‐fabrication domain‐selective hybridization converts one batch into large, user‐defined optical barcode libraries with robust decoding and re ...

Electroforming‐Free, Self‐Rectifying Selector‐Only Memory With Diffusive Cu‐Ion Dynamics for Logic‐In‐Memory Computing

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Electroforming‐free, self‐rectifying switching with polarity‐dependent threshold modulation is realized in selector‐only memory through Cu‐ion migration in a bilayer stacked dual functional materials. Ultrafast rupturing of Cu filament enables drift‐free operation with high stability.

Understanding and Regulating C–N Coupling Pathways for Electrocatalytic Urea Synthesis From CO2 and NO3−/NO2−

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Understanding and regulating C–N coupling is central to electrocatalytic urea synthesis from CO2 and NO3−/NO2−. This review outlines representative coupling pathways, summarizes carbon‐ and nitrogen‐side intermediate regulation strategies, and highlights in situ/operando tools for mechanistic clarification and catalyst design. ABSTRACT Electrocatalytic
