Abstract INTRODUCTION The impact of different neuropathologies on deep brain structures remains to be understood. We examine subcortical and limbic volumetry in neurodegenerative diseases involving phosphorylated tau (p‐tau), α‐synuclein, and transactive response DNA binding protein 43 (TDP‐43).

Diamagnetically Levitated Sensing Platforms Made With Surface‐Insulated and Magnetically Aligned Graphite Particles

Diamagnetic levitation striking an ideal balance of the lifting force with the high mechanical quality factor is reported. Surface‐insulated particles of graphite in slurry are magnetically aligned before drying up into a solid plate. Alignment is tailored according to the magnet used for levitation.
