Analysis of solid-solid reaction controlled by unidirectional diffusion.
KAGAKU KOGAKU RONBUNSHU, 1987 一方拡散が律速する粉体-粉体反応における速度解析について, Janderは0.3以下の低い反応率までしか成立たない反応モデルを提出した.その後, 小松は一成分が他成分との接触点を通って拡散するモデルを提出したが, 小松モデルには, いくつかの欠陥, 特に異なる粒子間の接触点数の評価における誤りが指摘されている.本報では, 接触点から始まる生成層内の拡散が律速する場合の反応モデルを取り扱う.生成層同士が互いに重なり合う時を境に, 反応が二つの段階に分けられる.その時間は接触点数だけに依存し, 実際に初期粒径比および初期体積分率から計算される.その結果, 反応率は時間の関数として, 反応終了に至るまで予測することができる。この理論はすでに報告されたいくつかの粉体-粉体反応の実験結果によって確認された ...
