OX40/OX40L modulation: A target for regulating T cells in cutaneous inflammatory disorders

open access: yesJournal of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology, EarlyView.
OX40 and OX40L are a co‐stimulatory immune checkpoint pair. Modulation of this pair impacts multiple immune phenotypes and is an attractive target for immunotherapy in dermatological disorders. Trials are underway with the majority in atopic dermatitis and currently in phase 3 trials.

It’s All About Me (Or Is It Us?): The Narrative Antecedents of the Locus of Celebrity

open access: yesJournal of Management Studies, EarlyView.
Abstract For two decades, research on individual and organizational celebrity has flourished. However, the literature remains limited in several ways. First, despite recent gains regarding the antecedents of celebrity, current theory does not fully explain why celebrity resides at a specific locus (i.e., at the individual‐ and/or organizational level).

How Do SMEs Respond to Deglobalization? Insights from Italian SMEs in the Interwar Period (1936–1943)

open access: yesJournal of Management Studies, EarlyView.
Abstract This study investigates how small and medium‐sized enterprises (SMEs) respond to deglobalization and economic nationalism, using historical evidence from fascist Italy, a period of autarky and restricted international trade. While prior research has focused primarily on larger firms, especially multinational enterprises (MNEs), the strategic ...

Determining impact angle from the spatial distribution of shock metamorphism: A case study of the Gosses Bluff (Tnorala) impact structure, Australia

open access: yesMeteoritics &Planetary Science, EarlyView.
Abstract The majority of planetary impacts occur at oblique angles. Impact structures on Earth are commonly eroded or buried, rendering the identification of the direction and angle of impact—using methods such as asymmetries in ejecta distribution, surface topographic expression, central uplift structure, and geophysical anomalies—challenging. In this

Noisy Politics, Quiet Technocrats: Strategic Silence by Central Banks

open access: yesRegulation &Governance, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT In contrast to the “quiet” politics of the pre‐2008 period, macroeconomic policy has become “noisy”. This break raises a question: How do independent agencies designed for quiet politics react when a contentious public turns the volume up on them?

Unveiling Lasting Impact: A Cultural‐Historical Activity Theory Perspective on Original Participants in an Afterschool STEM Club

open access: yesSchool Science and Mathematics, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT The Girls Excelling in Math and Science (GEMS) club is a long‐standing afterschool STEM program (1994–present). The study investigates the features of GEMS by exploring retrospective experiences of a group of original GEMS girls (OGGs) who attended GEMS in 1994–1995. Survey data were collected from 14 OGGs and in‐depth interview data from nine

Kick Solid Rocket Motor Multidisciplinary Design Optimization Using Genetic Algorithm

open access: yesJournal of Aerospace Technology and Management, 2013
http://dx.doi.org/10.5028/jatm.v5i3.225 In this paper, a multidisciplinary design optimization (MDO) approach of a solid propellant kick rocket motor is considered. A genetic algorithm optimization method has been used.

Technologies and New Methods for Determining the Burning Rate of Solid Propellants [PDF]

open access: yesفناوری در مهندسی هوافضا, 2019
The burning rate plays animportant role in determining the performanceandballistic behavior of solid rocket propellant. In this paper, the effect of various factorson burning rate, such as combustion chamber pressure, poropellant grain initial ...

First Kinetic 3‐D Simulations of the High‐Latitude Electrojet Spanning an Entire Turbulent Flux Tube

open access: yesGeophysical Research Letters, Volume 53, Issue 13, 16 July 2026.
Abstract Radar and rocket observations of the terrestrial ionosphere frequently measure turbulent plasma waves, especially during geospace storms. The non‐linear behavior of these waves remains poorly characterized. This paper presents the first fully kinetic 3‐D particle‐in‐cell simulations of Farley–Buneman (FB) turbulence spanning an entire high ...

A Dialogue on Revolutions and Revolutionaries in Science: A Perspective From Quantum Mechanics

open access: yesNatural Sciences, Volume 6, Issue 3, July 2026.
ABSTRACT We discuss the notions of scientific revolutions and revolutionaries in the context of the Relativity Revolution and of the First, Second, and Third Quantum Revolutions. We conclude that at the core of the question of what qualifies as a revolution and revolutionary is an assessment of the gradients of knowledge accumulation over time, both at
