Melanoma, the deadliest form of skin cancer, increasingly affects older adults. Our study reveals that melanoma induces changes in iron and lipid levels in the bone marrow, impacting immune cell populations and increasing susceptibility to ferroptosis.

ON THE REALISTIC STRESS SPACE OF SOLIDS

Solids can not be infinitely stressed under all stress states, thus only certain portion of the stress space has significance for solids. The shape, size and structure of this portion of stress space is closely connected with the mechanical properties of solids.
