Testing collapse models with levitated nanoparticles: the detection challenge [PDF]
We consider a nanoparticle levitated in a Paul trap in ultrahigh cryogenic vacuum, and look for the conditions which allow for a stringent noninterferometric test of spontaneous collapse models.

Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...

Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

Remarks on solid state amorphizing transformations [PDF]
Abstract Amorphous solids can now be produced through a variety of laboratory synthesis techniques as well as through many naturally occurring processes. In general, we might classify the methods of synthesis of amorphous solids as follows: (a) rapid solidification of melts or vapors; (b) atomic disordering of crystalline lattices; (c) solid state ...

Hippo pathway at the crossroads of stemness and therapeutic resistance in breast cancer
Dysregulation of the Hippo pathway drives nuclear accumulation of YAP/TAZ, activating stemness‐related transcriptional programs that sustain breast cancer stemness and fuel therapeutic resistance across subtypes, underscoring Hippo signaling as a targetable vulnerability. Figure created and edited with BioRender.com.

Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

Modeling and Stability Analysis of a Smart Transformer-Fed Grid
The interaction of the smart transformer (ST) with the grid-converter-based distributed energy resources (DERs) could trigger instability. Recent research efforts have been made to study the stability issues caused by the resonances (e.g.

Mechanochemically Induced Solid-State Transformations of Levofloxacin
Levofloxacin hemihydrate (LVXh) is a complex fluoroquinolone drug that exists in both hydrated and anhydrous/ dehydrated forms. Due to the complexity of such a compound, the primary aim of this study was to investigate the amorphization capabilities and solid-state transformations of LVXh when exposed to mechanical treatment using ball milling.
