PARP inhibitors induce a senescence phenotype in non‐small cell lung carcinoma cell lines
FEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.Talazoparib is the most potent inducer of senescence among different PARP1 inhibitors in human NSCLC cells. In the absence of PARP, no senescence phenotype was observed, demonstrating that PARP1 is necessary for the induction of senescence by this inhibitor.Camille Huart, Manon Van den Abbeel, Christoph Schifflers, Karim Bouhjar, Andrea Scarmelotto, Alexis Khelfi, Anne‐Catherine Wera, Carine Michiels +7 morewiley +1 more sourcePatritumab deruxtecan in HER2-negative breast cancer: part B results of the window-of-opportunity SOLTI-1805 TOT-HER3 trial and biological determinants of early response
Nature CommunicationsPatritumab deruxtecan (HER3-DXd) exhibits promising efficacy in breast cancer, with its activity not directly correlated to baseline ERBB3/HER3 levels. This research investigates the genetic factors affecting HER3-DXd’s response in women with early-stage Fara Brasó-Maristany, Juan Manuel Ferrero-Cafiero, Claudette Falato, Olga Martínez-Sáez, Juan Miguel Cejalvo, Mireia Margelí, Pablo Tolosa, Francisco Javier Salvador-Bofill, Josefina Cruz, Blanca González-Farré, Esther Sanfeliu, Andreu Òdena, Violeta Serra, Francisco Pardo, Ana María Luna Barrera, Miriam Arumi, Juan Antonio Guerra, Guillermo Villacampa, Rodrigo Sánchez-Bayona, Eva Ciruelos, Martín Espinosa-Bravo, Yann Izarzugaza, Patricia Galván, Judith Matito, Sonia Pernas, Maria Vidal, Anu Santhanagopal, Dalila Sellami, Stephen Esker, Pang-Dian Fan, Fumitaka Suto, Ana Vivancos, Tomás Pascual, Aleix Prat, Mafalda Oliveira +34 moredoaj +1 more sourceEarly radiological response evaluation with response evaluation criteria in solid tumors 1.1 stratifies survival in hepatocellular carcinoma patients treated with lenvatinib [PDF]

FEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.Erythropoietin administration suppresses hepatic soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH) expression, leading to increased CYP‐derived epoxides. This is associated with a shift in hepatic macrophage polarization characterized by reduced M1 markers and increased M2 markers, along with reduced hepatic inflammation, suppressed hepatic lipogenesis, and attenuated ...Takeshi Goda, Satoru Sugimoto, Chiharu Cho, Madoka Konishi, Nozomi Inoue, Satoshi Miyagaki, Yasuhiro Kawabe, Takuro Okamura, Masahide Hamaguchi, Hisakazu Nakajima, Michiaki Fukui, Masakazu Shinohara, Tomoko Iehara +12 morewiley +1 more sourceProteomic landscape of decellularized breast carcinomas identifies C-type lectin domain family 3 member A as a driver of cancer aggressiveness

, 2017 Assessment of the immune response to tumors is growing in importance as the prognostic implications of this response are increasingly recognized, and as immunotherapies are evaluated and implemented in different tumor types. However, many different approaches can be used to assess and describe the immune response, which limits efforts at implementation John, Maria, Salgado, Roberto, Gevaert, Thomas, Russell, Prudence A, John, Tom, Thapa, Bibhusal, Christie, Michael, van de Vijver, Koen, Estrada, M V, Gonzalez-Ericsson, Paula I, Sanders, Melinda, Solomon, Benjamin, Solinas, Cinzia, van den Eynden, Gert G G M, Allory, Yves, Preusser, Matthias, Hainfellner, Johannes, Pruneri, Giancarlo, Vingiani, Andre, Demaria, Sandra, Symmans, Fraser, Nuciforo, Paolo, Comerma, Laura, Thompson, E A, Lakhani, Sunil, Kim, Seong-Rim, Schnitt, Stuart, Colpaert, Cecile, Sotiriou, Christos, Scherer, Stefan, Ignatiadis, Michail, Badve, Sunil, Pierce, Robert H, Viale, Giuseppe, Sirtaine, Nicolas, Penault-Llorca, Fred, Sugie, Tomohagu, Fineberg, Susan, Paik, Soonmyung, Srinivasan, Ashok, Richardson, Andre, Wang, Yihong, Chmielik, Ewa, Brock, Jane, Johnson, Douglas B, Balko, Justin, Wienert, Stephan, Bossuyt, Veerle, Michiels, Stefan, Ternès, Nils, Burchardi, Nicole, Luen, Stephen, Savas, Peter, Klauschen, Fred, Watson, Peter H, Nelson, Brad H, Criscitiello, Carmen, O'Toole, Sandra, Larsimont, Denis, de Wind, Roland, Curigliano, Giuseppe, André, Fabrice, Lacroix-Triki, Magali, van de Vijver, Mark, Rojo, Federico, Floris, Giuseppe, Bedri, Shahinaz, Sparano, Joseph, Rimm, David, Nielsen, Torsten, Kos, Zuzana, Hewitt, Stephen, Singh, Baljit, Farshid, Gelareh, Loi, Sibylle, Allison, Kimberly H, Tung, Nadine, Adams, Sylvia, Willard-Gallo, Karen, Horlings, Hugo M, Gandhi, Leena, Moreira, Andre, Hirsch, Fred, Dieci, Maria, Urbanowicz, Maria, Brcic, Iva, Korski, Konstanty, Gaire, Fabien, Koeppen, Hartmut, Lo, Amy, Giltnane, Jennifer, Rebelatto, Marlon C, Steele, Keith E, Zha, Jiping, Emancipator, Kenneth, Juco, Jonathan W, Denkert, Carsten, Reis-Filho, Jorge, Loi, Sherene, Fox, Stephen B, Hendry, Shona, Russell, Prudence A., Estrada, M.V., Gonzalez-Ericsson, Paula I., van den Eynden, Gert G.G.M., Thompson, E.A., Pierce, Robert H., Johnson, Douglas B., Watson, Peter H., Nelson, Brad H., O’toole, Sandra, Allison, Kimberly H., Horlings, Hugo M., Rebelatto, Marlon C., Steele, Keith E., Juco, Jonathan W., Fox, Stephen B. +116 moreopenaire +4 more sourcesMiR‐513a promotes human erythroid differentiation by modulating c‐Jun
