Solution Processable P3HT/CdS Hybrid Solar Cells with Different Layer Configurations.

open access: yesInternational Journal of Electrochemical Science, 2015
In this work we report on the assembling process of CdS/P3HT (poly(3-hexylthiophene)) hybrid solar cells on indium-tin-oxide (ITO)-coated glass substrates and their electrical output in darkness and under illumination conditions.

Renormalized and Entropy Solutions of Tumor Growth Model with Nonlinear Acid Production

open access: yesMathematical Modelling and Analysis, 2017
This paper establishes the existence of renormalized and entropy solutions for a system of nonlinear reaction-diffusion equations which describes the tumor growth along with acidification and interaction.

Solutions for Dendrite Growth of Electrodeposited Zinc [PDF]

open access: yesACS Omega, 2020
Dendritic growth is ubiquitous in metallurgy, electroplating, rechargeable zinc-air batteries, and other secondary batteries, seriously affecting the service life of zinc electrode. However, the dendrite growth of electrodeposited zinc at large charging currents remains unresolved.

Exploring linear and nonlinear optical behaviour of morpholine p-nitrophenol crystal: Computational and experimental analysis

open access: yesChemical Physics Impact, 2023
Optically good quality morpholine p-nitrophenol (MPN) crystal was effectively grown from a slow evaporation technique. Unit cell parameters of MPN were estimated by single crystal X-ray diffraction and it crystallizes in the P21/c space group.

Kinetics of grain growth in Ti-2.7Al-5.7Fe-6Mo-6V alloy [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Mining and Metallurgy. Section B: Metallurgy, 2017
The metastable (βTi) alloy Ti-2.7Al-5.7Fe-6Mo-6V (wt%) was produced by semi-centrifugal casting of blended elemental powders. The phases were identified by X-ray diffraction (XRD), and overall composition was measured by X-ray fluorescence (XRF).

Single crystals of caesium formamidinium lead halide perovskites: solution growth and gamma dosimetry

open access: yes, 2017
Here we report an inexpensive, solution-phase growth of cm-scale single crystals of variable composition Cs x FA1−x PbI3−y Br y (FA=formamidinium, x=0–0.1, y=0–0.6), which exhibit improved phase stability compared to the parent α-FAPbI3 compound.

On the Asymptotic Growth of Solutions to a Nonlinear Equation [PDF]

open access: yesProceedings of the American Mathematical Society, 1966
so our results will hold for solutions of (2). We shall be primarily interested in the nonlinear oscillator, i.e. a(t) > O, xg(x) > 0 for x 0, but in Theorem III below, sign restrictions are removed. If we consider h(t) to be a sample function of a Brownian motion process h(t, w) on a probability space Q, we see the motivation for considering (1 ...
