Symmetric nonlinear functional differential equations at resonance
It is shown that a class of symmetric solutions of the scalar nonlinear functional differential equations at resonance with deviations from $\mathbb{R}\to\mathbb{R}$ can be investigated by using the theory of boundary-value problems.

Tropical differential equations [PDF]
Tropical differential equations are introduced and an algorithm is designed which tests solvability of a system of tropical linear differential equations within the complexity polynomial in the size of the system and in its coefficients.

On the solvability of systems of pseudodifferential operators [PDF]
The paper studies the solvability for square systems of pseudodifferential operators. We assume that the system is of principal type, i.e., the principal symbol vanishes of first order on the kernel.

Conditions for the solvability of the Cauchy problem for linear first-order functional differential equations [PDF]
Conditions for the unique solvability of the Cauchy problem for a family of scalar functional differential equations are obtained. These conditions are sufficient for the solvability of the Cauchy problem for every equation from the family and are ...

Controllability distributions and systems approximations: a geometric approach [PDF]
Given a nonlinear system we determine a relation at an equilibrium between controllability distributions defined for a nonlinear system and a Taylor series approximation of it. The value of such a relation is appreciated if we recall that the solvability

Exactly Solvable Schrödinger Operators [PDF]
We systematically describe and classify 1-dimensional Schr dinger equations that can be solved in terms of hypergeometric type functions. Beside the well-known families, we explicitly describe 2 new classes of exactly solvable Schr dinger equations that can be reduced to the Hermite equation.

Evolution of quantum systems with a scaling type of time-dependent Hamiltonians [PDF]
We introduce a new class of quantum models with time-dependent Hamiltonians of a special scaling form. By using a couple of time-dependent unitary transformations, the time evolution of these models is expressed in terms of related systems with time ...

Computer-Aided Analysis of Solvable Rigid Lie Algebras with a Given Eigenvalue Spectrum
With the help of symbolic computer packages, the study of the cohomological rigidity of real solvable Lie algebras of rank one with a maximal torus of derivations t and the eigenvalue spectrum spec(t)=1,k,k+1,⋯,n+k−2 initiated in a previous work is ...
