Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...

Motivated by the recent doubts concerning the compatibility of the purely imaginary one-dimensional cubic-oscillator model with the standard postulates of quantum mechanics, we propose to replace its potential V(x)=ix3 by an elementary piece-wise ...

Interrogating the immune landscape of microsatellite stable RAS‐mutated colon cancer
COLOSSUS project RAS‐mutated MSS colon cancer study explored transcriptomics and immune cell density by immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoscore (IS), ISIC/TuLIS scores, mutation counts, and detected different prevalences but similar microenvironment composition across immune markers with clinical relevance for future immunotherapy combination ...

Cytarabine is a key therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), but its efficacy is limited by the dNTPase SAMHD1, which hydrolyses its active metabolite. Screening nucleotide biosynthesis inhibitors revealed that IMPDH inhibitors selectively sensitise SAMHD1‐proficient AML cells to cytarabine.

Quasi-Exactly Solvable Schrödinger Operators in Three Dimensions
The main contribution of our paper is to give a partial classification of the quasi-exactly solvable Lie algebras of first order differential operators in three variables, and to show how this can be applied to the construction of new quasi-exactly ...

Geometric constructions of generalized dual-unitary circuits from biunitarity
We present a general framework for constructing solvable lattice models of chaotic many-body quantum dynamics with multiple unitary directions using biunitary connections.

Solvability of multivariate interpolation
An ordinary polynomial interpolation scheme is described by the admissible polynomials \(P(x)=\sum_{i\in S}a_ ix^ i\), \(x=(x_ 1,...,x_ s)\), \(i=(i_ 1,...,i_ s)\), \(s\geq 2\), where S is a lower set of lattice points i, and by the knot sets \(A_ q\subset S\), \(q=1,...,m\), which give the orders \(\alpha \in A_ q\) of the derivatives \(\partial P ...

Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

Somatic mutational landscape in von Hippel–Lindau familial hemangioblastoma
The causes of central nervous system (CNS) hemangioblastoma in Von Hippel–Lindau (vHL) disease are unclear. We used Whole Exome Sequencing (WES) on familial hemangioblastoma to investigate events that underlie tumor development. Our findings suggest that VHL loss creates a permissive environment for tumor formation, while additional alterations ...

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...
