Flow Analysis in Pathological Microvascular Models by Ultrasound Localization Microscopy
This study presents a new platform combining ultrasound localization microscopy with biomimetic gelatin phantoms to analyze flow dynamics in small vessels with narrowing or obstructions. Using microbubble tracking, the method enables high‐resolution velocity mapping in 100–500 µm channels, revealing flow changes in pathological microvascular conditions

Importance of acoustic shielding in sonochemistry
It is well known that sonochemistry is less efficient at high acoustic intensities. Many authors have attributed this effect to decoupling losses and shielding of the acoustic wave.

Trends in sonochemistry and ultrasonic processing
It is always a valuable exercise to review the origins and developments of a technology before going on to look at future prospects. Such an exercise allows one to judge both whether that technology has real long term applications or is simply of ...

Sonochemistry: Scope, Limitations… and Artifacts
Heterogeneous sonochemistry, generally described as the most useful aspect of sonochemistry, suffers from the difficulty of defining the experimental conditions for the reference (silent) reaction.

An accelerated and effective synthesis of zinc borate from zinc sulfate using sonochemistry
Recently, sonochemistry has been used for the synthesis of inorganic compounds, such as zinc borates. In this study using zinc sulphate heptahydrate (ZnSO4·7H2O) and boric acid (H3BO3) as starting materials, a zinc borate compound in the form of Zn3B6O12·

Water vapour, sonoluminescence and sonochemistry [PDF]
Sonoluminescence is the production of light from acoustically forced bubbles; sonochemistry is a related chemical processing technique. The two phenomena share a sensitive dependence on the liquid phase.
