Effects of Intubation Duration on Trachea: A Histopathological Study
The Laryngoscope, EarlyView.This study evaluated the histopathological effects of prolonged endotracheal intubation on the human trachea using biopsy specimens obtained during tracheotomy. Prolonged intubation was associated with progressive inflammatory and structural changes, with tracheal dilatation and perichondritis increasing significantly after 14 days.

Orbital Lymphatic Malformations Are Associated With Intracranial Vascular Anomalies
The Laryngoscope, EarlyView.In this retrospective series, all seven patients with orbital lymphatic malformations had intracranial vascular anomalies consistent with cerebrofacial venous metameric syndrome and hotspot PIK3CA variants identified through tissue‐based sequencing.
