Stably Embedded Minimal Hypersurfaces
We use Schoen-Simon-Yau's curvature estimates to prove that the subfocal tubular neighborhood of a non planar minimal hypersurface with bounded second fundamental form, stably embedded in R^{n+1}, n < 5, whose radius decays sufficiently slowly can not

This review links recent advances in water electrolysis with hydrogen utilization in low‐gradient combustion systems. While hydrogen eliminates direct CO2 emissions, its environmental and economic benefits depend strongly on production pathways, system‐level efficiency, and NOx mitigation through MILD/FLOX/HiTAC combustion.

In this study, plant‐derived carbon dots (CDs) were prepared using natural plant leaves as raw materials through solvothermal method. These CDs retain the porphyrin structure from chlorophyll and can simultaneously generate I and II types of reactive oxygen species. A 660 nm laser irradiation for only 1 min can achieve efficient photodynamic anti‐tumor

Effect of Soret and Temperature Dependent Viscosity on Thermohaline Convection in a Ferrofluid Saturating a Porous Medium [PDF]
Soret driven ferrothermoconvective instability in multi-component fluids has a wide range of applications in heat and mass transfer. This paper deals with the theoretical investigation of the effect of temperature dependent viscosity on a Soret driven ...

The role of rare copy number variants in early‐onset depression
Abstract Background Depression is a highly heterogeneous condition. Depression with an onset in childhood and early adolescence has a worse clinical course, is more heritable, and shows a lower genetic correlation with other depression subtypes, than does later‐onset depression.

ABSTRACT Objectives This study aims to synthesize and characterize lipid nanosystems (liposomes) for the incorporation of a Zn(II) porphyrin derivative, Zn(II) meso‐tetrakis(N‐n‐hexylpyridinium‐2‐yl)porphyrin (ZnTnHex‐2‐PyP4+, ZnPH), intending to employ an alternative method of treatment, such as photodynamic therapy (PDT), for breast cancer (BC ...
