Summary This pilot randomised feasibility trial evaluated the feasibility and acceptability of early, intensive home‐based pulmonary rehabilitation (PR) and high‐flow nasal oxygen (HFO) during exercise in patients with exertional hypoxaemia post‐hospitalisation.
