The influence of porosity and infill pattern (architecture) on the mechanical and acoustic properties of FFF‐printed PLA is investigated. Ultrasonic analysis highlights the dominant role of interlayer porosity, revealing anisotropic behavior and a transition in elastic properties with increasing porosity.
