Blind source separation in frequency domain
Signal Processing, 2003A blind source separation method based on cross-correlation in frequency domain is performed in this paper. Firstly, the pseudo-solution is described and possible treatment is proposed. Then the oscillation of the un-mixing matrix is proved to be the basic aspect that degrades the separation performance for larger frame size.

Collaboration in Open Source Domains
International Journal of Open Source Software and Processes, 2009Free and open source software (F/OSS) developers have a tendency to build feature-centric projects rather than following a user-centered design, ignoring the necessity of usability in the resulting product. While there are many reasons behind this, the main cause can be stated as the lack of awareness of usability from developers’ point of view and ...

Cross-Domain Recommendation with Multiple Sources
2020 International Joint Conference on Neural Networks (IJCNN), 2020Data sparsity remains a challenging and common problem in real-world recommender systems, which impairs the accuracy of recommendation thus damages user experience. Cross-domain recommender systems are developed to deal with data sparsity problem through transferring knowledge from a source domain with relatively abundant data to the target domain with

Source-correlation effects in the time domain
Physical Review A, 1993Source-correlation effects are analyzed in the time domain. The autocorrelation function is modified significantly in the presence of source correlations. The modifications of the autocorrelation function are found to be consistent with the Wiener-Khintchine theorem. These predictions are confirmed by experimental studies on laser-light scattering from

Source-Constraint Adversarial Domain Adaptation
2019 IEEE International Conference on Image Processing (ICIP), 2019Adversarial adaptation has made great contributions to transfer learning, while the adversarial training strategy lacks of stability when reducing the discrepancy between domains. In this paper, we propose a novel Source-constraint Adversarial Domain Adaptation (SADA) method, which jointly use adversarial adaptation and maximum mean discrepancy (MMD ...

On the Use of Domain Terms in Source Code
2008 16th IEEE International Conference on Program Comprehension, 2008Information about the problem domain of the software and the solution it implements is often embedded by developers in comments and identifiers. When using software developed by others or when are new to a project, programmers know little about how domain information is reflected in the source code.

Bayesian multi-source domain adaptation
2013 International Conference on Machine Learning and Cybernetics, 2013Based on the Bayesian learning principle (BayesMSDA), this paper presents a new multi-source domain adaptation framework, where one target domain and more than one source domains are used. In this framework, the label of a target data point is determined according to its posterior probability, which is calculated using the Bayesian formula.

Feasibility of source separation in frequency domain
Proceedings of the 1998 IEEE International Conference on Acoustics, Speech and Signal Processing, ICASSP '98 (Cat. No.98CH36181), 2002We focus on the feasibility of source separation in the frequency domain. First, it is linked with the convergence speed towards gaussianity of signals after the L-point discrete Fourier transform. We test a distance to gaussianity thanks to spectral kurtosis. We analyse the influence of L, of the duration of the source tricorrelations and of nonlinear

Estimating the Number of Sources for Frequency-Domain Blind Source Separation
2004Blind source separation (BSS) for convolutive mixtures can be performed efficiently in the frequency domain, where independent component analysis (ICA) is applied separately in each frequency bin. To solve the permutation problem of frequency-domain BSS robustly, information regarding the number of sources is very important.
