Morphological diversity and source separation [PDF]
This letter describes a new method for blind source separation, adapted to the case of sources having different morphologies. We show that such morphological diversity leads to a new and very efficient separation method, even in the presence of noise.

Source Broadcasting to the Masses: Separation has a Bounded Loss
This work discusses the source broadcasting problem, i.e. transmitting a source to many receivers via a broadcast channel. The optimal rate-distortion region for this problem is unknown.

Blind separation of discrete sources [PDF]
A polynomial criterion is proposed to perform blind source separation, extending previous works to MIMO systems. The criterion is proved to be asymptotically MAP-equivalent in presence of PSK sources. An efficient minimization algorithm dedicated to polynomial criteria is then developed, improving on the fixed-step stochastic gradient previously ...

This paper proposes an efficient bitwise solution to the single-channel source separation task. Most dictionary-based source separation algorithms rely on iterative update rules during the run time, which becomes computationally costly especially when we

Despite the progress in understanding of neural codes, the studies of the cortico-muscular coupling still largely rely on interferential electromyographic (EMG) signal or its rectification for the assessment of motor neuron pool behavior. This assessment
