South‐South and triangular cooperation in ICT4D
AbstractThis paper addresses cooperation between countries in the Global South based on information and communications technologies (ICTs) and also triangular cooperation including partners in the developed countries. It is argued that now is an important time for research and action in this space and in information and communications technologies for ...

Magnetic Control of Chiral Hybridized Phonon Magnetic Moments in Ferrimagnets Fe2‐xZnxMo3O8
Helicity‐resolved magneto‐Raman spectroscopy reveals magnetic control of chiral phonon magnetic moments in polar ferrimagnet (ZnxFe2−xMo3O₈). Large spontaneous zero‐field phonon splittings, selective phonon–magnon coupling, and asymmetric Zeeman responses demonstrate that phonon chirality is governed by magnon‐phonon coupling and magnetization.

A polyelectrolyte complex‐based sorbent is produced by scalable, environmentally benign aqueous phase inversion. Its porous, LiCl‐ and GO‐integrated architecture enables hourly adsorption−desorption cycles at low relative humidity (RH < 30%). A large‐scale prototype achieves multicyclic, solar‐driven atmospheric water harvesting of 1.37 L kg−1 day−1 ...

Constructing Ionic Fast Diffusion Channels on LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4 for Lithium‐Ion Batteries
A dual‐modification strategy is developed for LNMO cathode, where bulk Ti doping stabilizes the oxygen framework and simultaneously drives the in situ formation of LaTi2O6 nano‐islands as ion diffusion channels on (111) surfaces, enabling high‐rate capacity (∼100 mAh g−1 at 30 C) and excellent cycling retention (87.8% after 1000 cycles).
