Will the Southern Hemisphere Integrate?
SSRN Electronic Journal, 2006The Southern Hemisphere should grow rapidly economically as more natural resources are extracted from it and the developed world become more agriculturally dependent on the Southern Hemisphere. That area of the world is increasing it commitment to education as more manufacturing locates there.

The Stratosphere in the Southern Hemisphere

During the antarctic winter, it extends from about 8 to 55 km above the surface, has temperatures colder than −90°C, and winds that are greater than 100 m s−1. Yet even this terribly remote and hostile region has felt man’s impact. The antarctic ozone hole is a clear

The main finding in Hong et al. (2014) is that the extraordinary magnitude of super El Nino is facilitated by a Southern Hemisphere transverse cell, which acts as a booster to further accelerate the low-level westerly winds in the tropical western Pacific, thus resulting in a super El Nino. In this chapter, this boosting mechanism is presented.
