Diagonal algebraic space-time block codes
IEEE Transactions on Information Theory, 2002Summary: We construct a new family of linear space-time (ST) block codes by the combination of rotated constellations and the Hadamard transform, and we prove them to achieve the full transmit diversity over a quasi-static or fast fading channel. The proposed codes transmit at a normalized rate of 1 symbol/\(s\).

Noncoherent space-time block coded modulation
2004 IEEE International Conference on Communications (IEEE Cat. No.04CH37577), 2004Unitary space-time modulation is well tailored for flat fading channels where the noncoherent receiver is used. In this paper, we propose a novel scheme of unitary space-time modulation, called noncoherent space-time block coded modulation, by using the set partitioning of signal sets and multilevel coding.

Performance of space-time block coding and space-time trellis coding for impulse radio
IEEE Global Telecommunications Conference, 2004. GLOBECOM '04., 2005Ultra wideband (UWB) systems have attracted a lot of research interest lately, owing to their appealing features in short-range mobile communications. These features include low power peer-to-peer transmissions, multiple access communications, high data rates, and precise positioning capabilities.

Distributed Convolutional-Coded Differential Space-Time Block Coding
2010 IEEE 71st Vehicular Technology Conference, 2010A low complexity distributed coding scheme is proposed for communications over Rayleigh fading channels. Convolutional Coding (CC) assisted Differential Phase-Shift Keying (DPSK) modulation is employed at the source node for conveying the source signals to two relay nodes as well as to the destination node during the first transmission period ...

A quasi-orthogonal space-time block code
2000 IEEE Wireless Communications and Networking Conference. Conference Record (Cat. No.00TH8540), 2001Summary: It has been shown that a complex orthogonal design that provides full diversity and full transmission rate for a space-time block code is not possible for more than two antennas. Previous attempts have been concentrated in generalizing orthogonal designs which provide space-time block codes with full diversity and a high transmission rate.

Space time block codes with turbo codes
2011This paper aims to provide efficient solutions to improve the power efficiency, like implementation of schemes using MIMO (Multiple-Input Multiple-Output), with error correction codes. Thanks to the union of these two techniques is possible to obtain a low error probability with low power consumption. This paper shows STBC (Space Time Block Codes) with
