Trellis-Coded Space–Time Shift Keying
In this paper, we investigate a trellis-coded space shift keying modulation scheme, called trellis-coded space–time shift keying (TC-STSK), which combines trellis-coded modulation with space shift keying. By analyzing the rank criterion using a graph theoretic approach, we maximize the number of unique differences between pairwise codewords as the code

Generalized Space-Time Shift Keying Designed for Flexible Diversity-, Multiplexing- and Complexity-Tradeoffs [PDF]
In this paper, motivated by the recent concept of Spatial Modulation (SM), we propose a novel Generalized Space-Time Shift Keying (G-STSK) architecture, which acts as a unified Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) framework. More specifically, our G-STSK scheme is based on the rationale that P out of Q dispersion matrices are selected and linearly ...

Structured dispersion matrices from division algebra codes for space-time shift keying [PDF]
We propose a novel method of constructing Dispersion Matrices (DM) for Coherent Space-Time Shift Keying (CSTSK) relying on arbitrary PSK signal sets by exploiting codes from division algebras. We show that classic codes from Cyclic Division Algebras (CDA) may be interpreted as DMs conceived for PSK signal sets.

Space-Time Shift Keying: A Unified MIMO Architecture [PDF]
Abstract-In this paper, we propose a novel Space-Time Shift Keying (STSK) modulation scheme for MIMO communication systems, where the concept of spatial modulation is extended to include both the space and time dimensions, in order to provide a general shift-keying framework.

Constant-Envelope Space-Time Shift Keying [PDF]
From the power amplifier's perspective, the peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) is of essential importance, especially for both single-RF and reduced-RF multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) single-carrier schemes. In this context, many of the diversity-oriented index modulation schemes—including the full-RF space-time shift keying (STSK) and the single-

Space-Time Shift Keying Aided OTFS Modulation for Orthogonal Multiple Access [PDF]
Space-time shift keying-aided orthogonal time frequency space modulation-based multiple access (STSK-OTFS-MA) is proposed for reliable uplink transmission in high-Doppler scenarios. As a beneficial feature of our STSK-OTFS-MA system, extra information bits are mapped onto the indices of the active dispersion matrices, which allows the system to enjoy ...
