Conduction Mechanisms and Space Charge Accumulation in Dielectrics for Power Modules

2025 IEEE Conference on Electrical Insulation and Dielectric Phenomena (CEIDP)
This study applies the innovative Q(t) method to infer space charge accumulation in insulated metal substrates used in high voltage power modules. The Q(t) results are compared with those achieved using the pulsed electroacoustic technique for confirmation.
