Conserved binding mode but diverse interfaces of MreC‐PBP2 interactions
The crystal structure of abMreC reveals a conserved two β‐barrel architecture and provides structural insights into its role within the bacterial elongasome. The abMreC–abPBP2 complex model identifies the molecular basis of MreC‐mediated PBP2 recognition, contributing to the regulation of peptidoglycan synthesis.

Accumulated space-charge in stationary- and steady-state

Identification of the plant mitochondrial OrfX protein: A mass spectrometry approach
The mitochondrial genome of plants contains an open reading frame, orfx, which encodes a rare protein that has so far escaped mass spectrometric detection. The protein resembles the c‐subunit of bacterial twin‐arginine‐motif‐dependent protein translocases (TatC).

Study on space charge accumulation characteristics of silicone elastomer under DC voltage
The electric field distortion caused by the accumulation of space charge in the insulating dielectric is easy to lead to accelerated ageing and even breakdown. In this paper, the space charge characteristics and the interfacial electric field change with

Effect of Pre-Qualification Test on Space Charge Accumulation Phenomenon
This paper is focused on the measurement of space charge in flat specimens deriving from a cable subjected to the Pre-Qualification (PQ) test. In particular, before starting the PQ test and after finishing them, the flat specimens have been taken from the cable.

Discerning protein pools by selective staining with self‐labeling tags
Cell surface proteins have an intra‐ and extracellular pool. Combining genetic fusion to self‐labeling tags that can be addressed with small molecule fluorophores allows separating these pools. We highlight recent developments and techniques for state‐of‐the‐art interrogation of cell surface proteins in the complex tissue setting.

Numerical simulation of charging up, accumulation of space charge and formation of discharges
Aging and stability of gaseous ionization detectors are intricately related to charging up, accumulation of space charge and formation of discharges. All these phenomena, in their turn, depend on the dynamics of charged particles within the device. Because of the large number of particles involved and their complex interactions, the dynamic processes ...
