On Bloch-Type Functions with Hadamard Gaps
We give some sufficient and necessary conditions for an analytic function f on the unit ball B with Hadamard gaps, that is, for f(z)=∑k=1∞Pnk(z) (the homogeneous polynomial expansion of f) satisfying nk+1/nk≥λ>1 for all k∈ℕ, to belong to the space ℬpα(B)=

We show that the majority of the 18 analyzed recurrent cancer‐associated ERBB4 mutations are transforming. The most potent mutations are activating, co‐operate with other ERBB receptors, and are sensitive to pan‐ERBB inhibitors. Activating ERBB4 mutations also promote therapy resistance in EGFR‐mutant lung cancer.

We present a novel semi-analytical method for parton evolution. It is based on constructing a family of analytic functions spanning x-space which is closed under the considered evolution equation.

Peroxidasin enables melanoma immune escape by inhibiting natural killer cell cytotoxicity
Peroxidasin (PXDN) is secreted by melanoma cells and binds the NK cell receptor NKG2D, thereby suppressing NK cell activation and cytotoxicity. PXDN depletion restores NKG2D signaling and enables effective NK cell–mediated melanoma killing. These findings identify PXDN as a previously unrecognized immune evasion factor and a potential target to improve

Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.

Nevanlinna analytic continuation for Migdal–Eliashberg theory
In this work, we present a method to reconstruct real-frequency properties from analytically continued causal Green’s functions within the framework of Migdal–Eliashberg (ME) theory for superconductivity.

Correlation of the differential expression of PIK3R1 and its spliced variant, p55α, in pan‐cancer
PIK3R1 undergoes alternative splicing to generate the isoforms, p85α and p55α. By combining large patient datasets with laboratory experiments, we show that PIK3R1 spliced variants shape cancer behavior. While tumors lose the protective p85α isoform, p55α is overexpressed, changes linked to poorer survival and more pronounced in African American ...
