RIPK4 function interferes with melanoma cell adhesion and metastasis

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
RIPK4 promotes melanoma growth and spread. RIPK4 levels increase as skin lesions progress to melanoma. CRISPR/Cas9‐mediated deletion of RIPK4 causes melanoma cells to form less compact spheroids, reduces their migratory and invasive abilities and limits tumour growth and dissemination in mouse models.

FPGA-Based Space Vector Modulation of an Indirect Matrix Converter

open access: yesEletrônica de Potência, 2019
The insertion of powers sources onto the grid require an energy processing stage between generator and electrical grid, which adapts amplitude and frequency levels for alternating current (AC) quantities. The Indirect Matrix Converter is a candidate for

Development of Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation Rectifier Test Platform

open access: yesJournal of Isotopes, 2021
This thesis is based on the development of high-power special frequency transformer. The software algorithm of high power rectifier is studied. The voltage space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) control mode is determined to achieve the rectifier ...

EDNRB‐dependent endothelin signaling reduces proliferation and promotes proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition in gliomas

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated

Exponential Wiener Index for space vector modulation (SVM)

open access: yesAKCE International Journal of Graphs and Combinatorics
A topological graph index, often referred to as a molecular descriptor, can be assigned to any graph that represents a certain molecular structure. It is possible to use this index to study numerical data and learn more about certain of a molecule’s ...

STATOR ACTIVE AND REACTIVE POWER RIPPLES MINIMIZATION FOR DVC CONTROL OF DFIG BY USING FIVE-LEVEL NEURAL SPACE VECTOR MODULATION [PDF]

open access: yesActa Electrotechnica et Informatica, 2019
This paper presents a direct vector control (DVC) strategy for the doubly fed induction generator (DFIG)based wind turbine systems. The major disadvantages that are usually associated with DVC control scheme are the electromagnetic torque, reactive ...

Implementation of Space Vector modulation using DSP [PDF]

open access: yes2013 International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Software Applications, 2013
The progress of microelectronics allows the implementation of complex control algorithms while using embedded platforms such as FPGA cards and DSP cards. In this paper, we proposed to implement on a DSP digital control algorithms onboard a three-phase inverter voltage applications for variable speed electrical machines. This command is based on the use

Engineered extracellular vesicles enriched with the miR‐214/199a cluster enhance the efficacy of chemotherapy in ovarian cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...

Bit-stream-based space vector modulators

open access: yesIET Power Electronics, 2012
Bit-stream-based control, which uses one bit wide signals to control power electronics applications, is a new approach for controller design in power electronic systems. This study presents a novel family of three-phase space vector modulators, which are based on the bit-stream technique and suitable for three-phase inverter systems.

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.
