Measurement of Lateral Resolution in Confocal Raman Spectroscopy Using Indium Arsenide Nanowires

Lateral resolution is a key performance parameter for confocal Raman spectroscopy. We propose a protocol using an indium arsenide nanowire reference sample to quantitatively measure the resolution. Mechanisms of Laser Ablation in Liquids and Their Impact on the Efficiency of Nanoparticle Generation

Laser ablation in liquid enables nanoparticle synthesis from diverse materials but remains less energy‐efficient than ablation in air. This study quantifies the absorption‐corrected ablation efficiency and experimentally confirms redeposition as the key loss mechanism using pump‐probe microscopy.
