Analysis of spatial effects in vine crop across Portuguese regions
The consideration of spatial effects at a regional level is becoming increasingly frequent and the work of Anselin (1988), among others, has contributed to this.

MAPS OF CONTINUOUS SPATIAL DEPENDENCE [PDF]
Heterogeneity is one of the distinguishing features in spatial econometric models. It is a frequent problem in applied work and can be very damaging for statistical inference.

A Spatial Autoregressive Specification with a Comparable Sales Weighting Scheme [PDF]
This research incorporates a Spatial Autoregressive Variable with Similarity components (SARS) within a traditional hedonic model. The behavior of economic agents and the spatial dependence price structure are linked to the real estate appraisal paradigm.

Measuring the Value of a Moscow Apartment: a Spatial Approach to the Hedonic Pricing of Attributes
In this paper we explore spatial effects in a hedonic price function framework for a large sample of apartments in Moscow. We find strong evidence of both spatial lag and spatial autocorrelation.
