Spatial Design for Behavioral Education
2020The built environment can inadvertently create obstacles for human cognition, emotion, and behavior when ill-designed, neglected, or poorly retrofitted. Deteriorating education facilities exemplify the lack of awareness in regard to the significant relationship between people and their environments.

Spatial Behavior of Wideband Emitters.
1977Abstract : Typical transient responses to a linear FM signal and bandlimited white noise for a Chebyshev array equipped with a matched filter are presented. An expression for the expected power received by an array for bandlimited white noise is derived and used to obtain the average power patterns. Methods for placing and steering one or more nulls in

Spatial behavior of nonclassic light
Technical Digest. Summaries of Papers Presented at the International Quantum Electronics Conference. Conference Edition. 1998 Technical Digest Series, Vol.7 (IEEE Cat. No.98CH36236), 2002It has previously been shown that a traveling-wave optical parametric amplifier can generate multimode squeezed states of light. Homodyne detection of multimode squeezed light, under certain physical conditions, results in sub-Poissonian statistics of photons not only in time but also in the transverse plane of the light beam.

Spatial Behavior Backward in Time
2014In this entry, the spatial behavior of solutions for the backward-in-time problem of the linear theory of thermoelasticity is studied. In this type of problem final data are assigned, usually at the time t=0, instead of initial data, and then we are interested in extrapolating to previous times. We associate with a solution of the considered problem an
