SPATIAL STATISTICS FOR SIMULATED PACKINGS OF SPHERES
This paper reports on spatial-statistical analyses for simulated random packings of spheres with random diameters. The simulation methods are the force-biased algorithm and the Jodrey-Tory sedimentation algorithm.

ABSTRACT Chemotherapy‐induced peripheral neuropathy remains a major complication in pediatric cancer, with disrupted somatosensory and nociceptive processing being a key aspect. This review synthesizes empirical studies on alterations in somatosensory and nociceptive processing in children and adolescents with cancer.

Spatial statistics is an area of study devoted to the statistical analysis of data that have a spatial label associated with them. Geographers often refer to the "location information" associated with the "attribute information," whose study defines a research area called "spatial analysis." Many of the ways to manipulate spatial data are driven by ...

A Simple Spatial Method for Identifying Point Clusters by Neighbourhood Relationships
Point events can be distributed regularly, randomly, or in clusters. A cluster of points is defined by the distance from which any point included in a cluster is farther from any other point outside the cluster. Many solutions and methods are possible to

Spatial Scan Statistics Adjusted for Multiple Clusters
The spatial scan statistic is one of the main epidemiological tools to test for the presence of disease clusters in a geographical region. While the statistical significance of the most likely cluster is correctly assessed using the model assumptions ...

Function‐driven design of a surrogate interleukin‐2 receptor ligand
Interleukin (IL)‐2 signaling can be achieved and precisely fine‐tuned through the affinity, distance, and orientation of the heterodimeric receptors with their ligands. We designed a biased IL‐2 surrogate ligand that selectively promotes effector T and natural killer cell activation and differentiation. Interleukin (IL) receptors play a pivotal role in
