Ferroelectricity in Antiferromagnetic Wurtzite Nitrides
We establish MnSiN2${\rm MnSiN}_2$ and MnGeN2${\rm MnGeN}_2$ as aristotypes of a new multiferroic wurtzite family that simultaneously exhibits ferroelectricity and antiferromagnetism with altermagnetic spin splitting. By strategically substituting alkaline‐earth metals, we predict new materials with coexisting switchable polarization, spin texture, and

Lipidic nanoparticles (LNPs) were incubated with 21 gut bacteria frequently associated with the human microbiome. SAXS revealed that ∼75% of tested species induced structural transformations in monoolein LNPs, whereas phytantriol and phospholipid formulations remained unaffected.

Coexistence for species sharing a predator
A class of equations describing the dynamics of two preys sharing a common predator is considered. Even though the boundary and internal dynamics can exhibit oscillatory behavior, it is shown that these equations are permanent if and only if they admit a positive equilibrium.

The role of interspecific interactions in structuring low‐diversity helminth communities is a controversial topic in parasite ecology research. Most parasitic communities of fish are species‐poor; thus, interspecific interactions are believed to be ...

Seed ecology in dry sandy grasslands - an approach to patterns and mechanisms
Dry sandy grasslands occur throughout Central Europe and Southern Germany, and they host many rare and endangered plant species. To date, insufficient data on seed ecological aspects of this endangered vegetation type exist.

Oxygen‐tunnel (OT) indium tin oxide (ITO) vertical channel transistors (VCTs) enable reliable, high‐density gain‐cell memory for monolithic 3D integration. A sandwiched SiN/SiO2/SiN OT stack selectively regulates oxygen transport, suppressing parasitic electrode oxidation while stabilizing channel oxygen vacancies, thereby suppressing carrier injection

The Effect of Food Concentration on the Juvenile Somatic Growth Rate of Body Length, Fecundity and the Production of Resting Eggs by Moina brachiata (Crustacea: Cladocera) Single Females [PDF]
The study addresses the effect of different food concentrations of green alga Chlorella vulgaris on the life cycle parameters (the body length, specific juvenile somatic growth rate of body length, the number of offspring in the first clutch of ...

An intrinsic photoactive star‐shaped zinc phtalocyanine‐poly(L‐glutamic acid) (ZnPc‐PGA) nanoplatform for multimodal glioblastoma (GBM) therapy and brain‐targeted elivery. A ZnPc‐PGA‐based multifunctional theranostic nanocarrier platform enables image‐guided, multimodal GBM therapy. ZnPc‐PGA nanocarriers support the integration of fluorescence imaging,

Species differences in phenology shape coexistence
Ecological theory produces opposing predictions about whether differences in the timing of life history transitions, or ‘phenology’, promote or limit coexistence.
