Consensus Indices of Two-Layered Multi-Star Networks: An Application of Laplacian Spectrum

open access: yesFrontiers in Physics, 2021
In this article, the convergence speed and robustness of the consensus for several dual-layered star-composed multi-agent networks are studied through the method of graph spectra.

Graph neural fields: A framework for spatiotemporal dynamical models on the human connectome.

open access: yesPLoS Computational Biology, 2021
Tools from the field of graph signal processing, in particular the graph Laplacian operator, have recently been successfully applied to the investigation of structure-function relationships in the human brain.

SPECTRA OF GRAPH OPERATIONS BASED ON SPLITTING GRAPH

open access: yesJournal of Applied Analysis & Computation, 2023
Summary: The splitting graph \(\mathrm{SP}(G)\) of a graph \(G\) is the graph obtained from \(G\) by taking a new vertex \(u'\) for each \(u \in V(G)\) and joining \(u'\) to all vertices of \(G\) adjacent to \(u \). For a connected regular graph \(G_1\) and an arbitrary regular graph \(G_2\), we determine the adjacency (respectively, Laplacian and ...

On spectra of unitary Cayley mixed graph [PDF]

open access: yesTransactions on Combinatorics, 2016
‎‎‎‎In this paper we introduce mixed unitary Cayley graph $M_{n}$‎ ‎$(n>1)$ and compute its eigenvalues‎. ‎We also compute the energy of‎ ‎$M_{n}$ for some $n$‎.

A Bibliometric Analysis of Publications in Uremic Toxins From 1991 to 2024

open access: yesTherapeutic Apheresis and Dialysis, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Uremic toxins are a growing area of research in nephrology, with significant implications in the progression and treatment of chronic kidney disease (CKD) and the management of end‐stage kidney disease (ESKD). This bibliometric analysis aims to evaluate the global research trends, key contributors, and the impact of publications in ...

The spectra and the signless Laplacian spectra of graphs with pockets [PDF]

open access: yesApplied Mathematics and Computation, 2017
Let $G[F,V_k,H_v]$ be the graph with $k$ pockets, where $F$ is a simple graph of order $n\geq1$, $V_k=\{v_1,\ldots,v_k\}$ is a subset of the vertex set of $F$ and $H_v$ is a simple graph of order $m\geq2$, $v$ is a specified vertex of $H_v$. Also let $G[F,E_k,H_{uv}]$ be the graph with $k$ edge-pockets, where $F$ is a simple graph of order $n\geq2 ...

Organ‐specific redox imbalances in spinal muscular atrophy mice are partially rescued by SMN antisense oligonucleotides

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
We identified a systemic, progressive loss of protein S‐glutathionylation—detected by nonreducing western blotting—alongside dysregulation of glutathione‐cycle enzymes in both neuronal and peripheral tissues of Taiwanese SMA mice. These alterations were partially rescued by SMN antisense oligonucleotide therapy, revealing persistent redox imbalance as ...

Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.

Empirical study of graph spectra and their limitations [PDF]

open access: yes, 2023
We examine the sensitivity of community-structured graph spectra to graph size, block size and inter-block edge probability. We use the Planted Partition Model because of its transparency.

An unexpected alternative viologen electron mediator site in tungsten‐containing formate dehydrogenase

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
An unexpected alternative interaction site for ethyl viologen was identified in formate dehydrogenase 1 from Methylorubrum extorquens. Combined mutagenesis, kinetic analysis, and docking revealed that aromatic residues near an iron–sulfur cluster enable flavin mononucleotide‐independent electron transfer, offering a framework for engineering improved ...
