Loss of the frequently mutated chromatin remodeler ARID1A, a subunit of the SWI/SNF cBAF complex, results in less open chromatin, alternative splicing, and the failure to stop cells from progressing through the cell cycle after DNA damage in bladder (cancer) cells. Created in BioRender. Epigenetic regulators, such as the SWI/SNF complex, with important

In this article, we introduce a new integral representation of the resolvent kernel for the Casimir-Laplacian on the quaternionic Heisenberg group which was obtained in [14] and then find its spectral density.

SPECTRAL DENSITY SCALING OF FLUCTUATING INTERFACES [PDF]
In this paper, covariance matrices of heights measured relative to the average height of growing self-affine surfaces in the steady state are investigated in the framework of random matrix theory. We show that the spectral density of the covariance matrix scales as ρ(λ) ~ λ-ν deviating from the prediction of random matrix theory and has a scaling form,

This study develops a semi‐supervised classifier integrating multi‐genomic data (1404 training/5893 validation samples) to improve homologous recombination deficiency (HRD) detection in breast cancer. Our method demonstrates prognostic value and predicts chemotherapy/PARP inhibitor sensitivity in HRD+ tumours.

Recent Advances in the Calculation of Dynamical Correlation Functions
We review various theoretical methods that have been used in recent years to calculate dynamical correlation functions of many-body systems. Time-dependent correlation functions and their associated frequency spectral densities are the quantities of ...

Non‐thermal plasma treatment of melanoma cells induced epithelial‐mesenchymal transition (EMT) in a dose‐dependent fashion. This report highlights the critical need to further investigate potential adverse effects of non‐thermal plasma for cancer therapy and to optimize treatment parameters for clinical translation. Despite the promising results of non‐
