Spectral features of solar wind turbulent plasma [PDF]
Spectral properties of a fully compressible solar wind Hall Magnetohydrodynamic plasma are investigated by means of time dependent three dimensional Hall MHD simulations.

Spectral features: how to reduce them [PDF]
Spectral features are introduced by the diffuser that is used during on-board sun calibration. New findings are presented on how to reduce the size of these spectral features. Reduction can be obtained via optical design of the calibration unit, but also in creating a better diffuser.

Termination shock particle spectral features [PDF]
Spectral features of energetic H ions accelerated at the termination shock may be evidence of two components. At low energies the energy spectrum is ~E^(–1.55), with break at ~0.4 MeV to E^(–2.2).

Spectral Embedding of Feature Hypergraphs [PDF]
In this paper we investigate how to establish a hypergraph model for characterizing object structures and how to embed this model into a low-dimensional pattern space. Each hyperedge of the hypergraph model is derived from a seed feature point of the object and embodies those neighbouring feature points that satisfy a similarity constraint. We show how

BATSE evidence for GRB spectral features [PDF]
We have developed an automatic search procedure to identify low-energy spectral features in GRBs. We have searched 133,000 spectra from 117 bright bursts and have identified 12 candidate features with significances ranging from our threshold of P = 5E-5 to P = 1E-7.

A Novel Heterogeneous Parallel Convolution Bi-LSTM for Speech Emotion Recognition
Speech emotion recognition is a substantial component of natural language processing (NLP). It has strict requirements for the effectiveness of feature extraction and that of the acoustic model.

Excitonic spectral features in strongly-coupled organic polaritons [PDF]
Starting from a microscopic model, we investigate the optical spectra of molecules in strongly-coupled organic microcavities examining how they might self-consistently adapt their coupling to light.

Compressive spectral feature sensing
To reduce the size of spectral data, compressive sensing imaging systems are developed to sample fewer measurements than the Nyquist‐rate ones, from which the original data can be recovered by the optimisation model and algorithm. However, this is not a cheap option for the case where the real‐time acquisition of spectral information is required.

The synthetic potential of (3H-quinazoline-4-ylidene)hydrazides of carboxylic acids is significant in the context of new s-triazoloquinazolines creation and the obtained data of biological activity is a valid reason for the development of new methods of ...
