Achieving High ON State Current through Ferroelectric Polarization‐Dependent Interfacial Resistance Switching in Undoped Orthorhombic HfO2 Films

Ferroelectric tunnel junction devices based on epitaxial undoped ferroelectric HfO2 films demonstrate stable switching endurance of over 106 switching cycles, low write voltages of ±3 V, 16 measured resistance states, and neuromorphic capability.

Determination of trace quantities of thorium in uranyl nitrate by x-ray emission spectrometry [PDF]

Trace quantities of thorium in uranium were separated by precipitating thorium fluoride from a 1.0M HF-1.0M NH/sub 4/F matrix using yttrium as an internal standard and lanthanum as a carrier. The thorium precipitate was collected on a filter and analyzed by x-ray emission spectrometry.

Exploring an Alternative to mRNA Vaccine Cold Chain Storage: MRNA‐Lipid Nanoparticle Stability When Dried in a Polymer Matrix

The nanostructure, size, and function of mRNA‐loaded lipid nanoparticles are evaluated before drying, within polymer microneedles, and after rehydration. The results reveal the polymer and LNP loadings required to recover nanostructure and preserve the delivery performance in dry‐state formulations.
