Preparation of RVG‐modified erythrocyte membrane‐coated HMPB nanocarriers loaded with L‐arginine and NBP (RM@HPAN) and its neuroprotective mechanism. After intravenous injection, RM@HPAN achieves prolonged circulation, RVG‐29‐mediated BBB penetration, and ischemic accumulation.

Abstract The appearance of kits for the determination of micro amounts of calcium stimulated our interest in the use of Eriochrome Blue SE for this analysis. A study of spectrophotometric curves indicates that, at pH values above 13.7, calcium will complex and cause a change of dye absorbance while magnesium does not complex with the dye.

TOLLIP Inhibits Psoriasis Progression via Suppressing PKM2‐Mediated Glycolysis in Keratinocytes

Advanced Science, EarlyView.
In this study, we identify TOLLIP as a critical regulator of psoriasis pathogenesis through its modulation of glycolytic metabolism. Our findings establish the TOLLIP‐PKM2‐glycolysis axis as a key mechanism linking metabolic reprogramming to psoriasis pathogenesis, and propose TOLLIP as a promising therapeutic target.
