FGFR Inhibitor AZD4547 Disrupts Inflammatory CAF Crosstalk With Cancer Cells and Macrophages and Attenuates Metastasis in Pancreatic Cancer

This study demonstrates that FGFR‐targeted inhibition by AZD4547 in inflammatory cancer‐associated fibroblasts (iCAFs) intervenes into the tumor–stroma crosstalk. Tunable Conversion of Ammonia to Hydrazine or Ammonium Nitrite Induced by Acoustic Cavitation Bubbles

We show here that, depending on the gaseous atmosphere used, energy released at the acoustic cavitation bubble collapse time can be harnessed to activate and selectively convert ammonia into either hydrazine or ammonium nitrite, without assistance of any catalyst, “simply” through the application of ultrasonic waves.

Neutrophil‐Mimetic MRI Enables Ultra‐Early Detection of Vascular Inflammation After Stroke

In this study, we developed neutrophil‐mimetic MRI probes that detect ultra‐early neuroinflammation following ischemic stroke by targeting E‐selectin. Within seconds of their injection, these microparticles mimic initial leukocyte adhesion to the activated cerebral endothelium.
