Carrier‐free self‐assembled nanomedicine for combination‐therapy of acute myeloid leukemia
CPDS combines drugs with three different mechanisms of action to achieve a multi‐mechanism combination therapy for AML by directly killing tumor cells and activating anti‐tumor immunity. Abstract As the main acute myeloid leukemia (AML) clinical treatment, the chemotherapy alone cannot meet the clinical therapeutic needs due to the high heterogeneity ...

Wolf-Rayet nebulae as tracers of stellar ionizing fluxes: I. M1-67 [PDF]
We use WR124 (WN8h) and its associated nebula M1-67, to test theoretical non-LTE models for Wolf-Rayet (WR) stars. Lyman continuum ionizing flux distributions derived from a stellar analysis of WR124, are compared with nebular properties via photo ...

ABSTRACT The inherent hydroxide‐rich (OH⁻) environment in alkaline media facilitates the two‐electron oxygen reduction reaction (2e−ORR). However, the strong interaction between alkali metal cations and solvated water molecules significantly reduces the connectivity of the hydrogen bond network within the alkaline electric double layer, thereby ...

Spectrophotometry of planets, asteroids and satellites from the international ultraviolet explorer satellite [PDF]
A total of 14 8 hour I.U.E. observing sessions resulted in 39 spectra of 11 asteroids and 9 solar type stars as well as 57 spectra at various locations on the disk of Jupiter. The Jupiter observations include a total of 5 center to limb series of spectra

Chemo‐Enzymatic Route for Covalent Cellulose Fiber Dyeing
This work presents a proof of concept for a chemo‐enzymatic approach to the covalent dyeing of cotton fibers. Laccase/TEMPO oxidation introduces aldehyde groups, enabling subsequent reductive amination with amino dyes. Excellent color homogeneity and wash fastness were demonstrated using acid red 33, highlighting the robustness of the approach and its ...

The carbon abundance in two h 2 regions of the small Megallanic Cloud [PDF]
Observations of the ultraviolet spectra of two locations in the H II region NGC 346 and of the entire H II region IC 1644 in the Small Magellanic Cloud (SMC) were made using the International Ultraviolet Explorer (IUE) satellite.

Ultraviolet Spectrophotometry of Phenothiazine Derivatives and Analogs
Abstract Ultraviolet spectral data have been tabulated for 41 phenothiazine derivatives and analogs. The general appearance of the spectra is caused by the structure of the tricyclic π-system, whereas spectral shift effects are produced by R2 substituents.

This study quantifies the effects of different soils found in the food processing environment on the efficiency of pulsed‐xenon UV disinfection. Abstract Listeria monocytogenes is a foodborne illness that poses a significant threat to human health in young, old, and immunocompromised persons and accordingly, prevention of Listeria contamination is of ...
