Journal of Applied Polymer Science, EarlyView.The antibacterial double‐layered wound dressing is fabricated using chitosan (CH) film as the contact layer and tigecycline (Tig)‐loaded poly(ε‐caprolactone) (PCL) nanofibers as the top layer. The CH film has a uniform morphology, and the PCL‐Tig nanofibers show a smooth, randomly oriented, and beadless structure.
