An analysis of the Raman spectrum of syndiotactic polypropylene. 1. Conformational defects

Polymer, 2001
Abstract Spectroscopic features in the Raman spectrum of both crystalline and amorphous syndiotactic polypropylenes are reported which characterize different chain conformations. A normal coordinate analysis was conducted to assist in identifying conformationally sensitive bands in the experimental spectra.

Raman Spectra of Metal Carbonyl Compounds. III. Raman Spectrum, Vibrational Analysis, and Bond Structure of Nickel Tetracarbonyl

The Journal of Chemical Physics, 1961
The Raman spectrum of Ni(CO)4, excited by He-lines 5875.6 and 6678.1 A, has been restudied. A new frequency assignment is proposed, based upon measurements of intensities and the state of polarization of the observed Raman shifts, and taking into account the results previously obtained on the Raman spectra of Fe(CO)5, Fe(CO)42—, and Co(CO)4—.

The Deconvolution Method Used In The Analysis Of a-C Raman Spectrum

High Resolution Spectroscopy, 1993
It is believed that the Raman spectrum of amorphous carbon (a-C) is a kind of broadened version of the phonon density of states (PDOS) of graphite1. To further verify this relation and to extract more information from the Raman spectrum of a-C, we introduce the deconvolution method into the analysis of a-C Raman spectrum.

Phase retrieval approach for coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering spectrum analysis

Journal of the Optical Society of America B, 1992
A noniterative phase retrieval method for coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering spectrum analysis is presented. This method facilitates the computation of the real and imaginary parts of the effective third-order susceptibility χ when only its modulus is known.

[Detection and analysis of several kinds of oils with Raman spectrum].

Guang pu xue yu guang pu fen xi = Guang pu, 2015
Applying Raman spectrometry to detect several kinds of oils such as petrol, diesel oil, naphtha and KHF (aviation fuel hydro treating), the authors can explore the regular laws existing among these oils. The authors detected 150 cases of oils using Raman spectrometer developed by ourselves with 785 nm excitation wavelength miniature portable, and ...
