Laser‐Patterned Diamond Electrodes for Adhesion and Proliferation of Human Mesenchymal Stem Cells
Advanced NanoBiomed Research, EarlyView.Laser patterning is used to create diamond electrodes on insulating diamond substrates. The process yields conductive surfaces with high capacitance, wide water windows, and low impedance. The electrode‐enhancing human mesenchymal stem cell adhesion and growth are nontoxic and promote cell alignment.

Predicting ecology and hearing sensitivities in Parapontoporia—An extinct long‐snouted dolphin
The Anatomical Record, EarlyView.Abstract Analyses of the cetacean (whale and dolphin) inner ear provide glimpses into the ecology and evolution of extinct and extant groups. The paleoecology of the long‐snouted odontocete (toothed whale) group, Parapontoporia, is primarily marine with its depositional context also suggesting freshwater tolerance.
