Cryopreservation of Mouse Spermatozoa
The spermatozoa of cauda epididymis of mature mice were suspended in 3% skim milk in distilled water supplemented with 12, 15, 18 or 21% (W/V) raffinose. The suspension of spermatozoa were frozen in liquid nitrogen gas for 10 min, then stored in liquid nitrogen (-196 degrees C).

Abstract Background Azoospermia affects 10%–15% of infertile men, with non‐obstructive azoospermia (NOA) most often managed by microdissection testicular sperm extraction (mTESE).
