Compensation effect enables high‐mobility in Te‐doped gallium antimonide
The conduction type of non‐doping GaSb is hole conduction due to the intrinsic point defects, further contributing to low mobility. However, the impurity compensation effect transforms the Te‐doping counterpart into electron transport, which results in high‐mobility.

Do fluid inclusions preserve δ18O values of hydrothermal fluids in epithermal systems over geological time? : evidence from paleo- and modern geothermal systems, Milos island, Aegean Sea [PDF]
Stable isotope compositions of quartz (δ18Oquartz) and fluid inclusion waters (δ18OFI and δDFI) were analysed from Profitis Ilias, a low-sulphidation epithermal gold mineralisation deposit on Milos island Greece, to establish if δ18OFI preserve a record ...

Novel Cu–Ni–Sn–S nanocrystals (NCs) stabilized with thioglycolic acid are synthesized in aqueous solutions. The structural and optical properties of Cu–Ni–Sn–S NCs are examined in colloidal solutions and thin films and compared to those of Cu–Zn–Sn–S NCs. The absorption coefficient is α > 104 cm−1 at 400 nm with an estimated Eg≈2.2 eV.
