ABSTRACT Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorder (NMOSD) is a chronic autoimmune neuroinflammatory disease, typically characterized by antibodies against aquaporin 4 (AQP4‐IgG) or myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG‐IgG).
