HEO‐regulated electronic structure drives nonradical PI activation, promoting ETP‐mediated polymerization of 4CP into high‐molecular‐weight products with enhanced surface enrichment. Concurrent dechlorination occurs via radical coupling and •OHads attack, enabling efficient carbon retention and selective product evolution at the liquid–solid interface.

Electrical Effects of Ionic Deficient Cubic Ferrite Spinels: A Case Study on MgFe2O4
Electron transport via indirect exchange interactions between octahedral sites in spinels is affected by cationic or anionic vacancies. Thus, the deviation of the electron hopping mechanism is investigated, from a constant energy barrier toward a ...

Strategically adjusting the pyridine nitrogen position in the polymer matrix (pyridine isomerism) intensifies its interaction with embedded Fe3O4 nanocrystals. This enhanced interaction induces a spin‐state transition in Fe from low‐spin to intermediate‐spin, accompanied by refined d‐orbital properties.

Entropy‐Stabilized Aluminate Catalysts That Break the Activity–Stability Tradeoff in CF4 Hydrolysis
Entropy‐stabilized aluminate breaks the activity–stability tradeoff in CF4 hydrolysis by combining a multication aluminate framework with an entropy‐stabilized lattice. An electron‐deficient Al–O environment is F‐philic but O‐phobic, enabling C–F activation while suppressing H2O poisoning. Under steam‐rich, strongly fluorinating conditions, the entropy‐

Ir‐based double perovskites restructure during acidic oxygen evolution electrocatalysis through dissolution of non‐Ir cations and convergence toward IrOx active‐site motifs with similar structure and intrinsic activity across compositions. The identity of the dissolving cations controls dissolution and surface reconstruction kinetics, clarifying how ...

A bottom‐up, component‐resolved framework combining DSC/TGA, evolved gas analysis, and in situ XRD reveals how decomposition pathways control energy release in partial and micro‐cell configurations. Separator‐free assemblies are dominated by cathode‐O2${\rm O}_2$/anode‐Li reactions, while the separator restricts oxygen transport, reshapes the reaction ...

A synergistic interface regulation strategy using high‐dielectric BaTiO3 and sulfate‐derived S─O bonds is developed to unlock high‐voltage LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4 all‐solid‐state batteries. By mitigating space‐charge layer effects and stabilizing lattice oxygen, the system achieves high‐rate (3 C) and durable operation in 5 V‐class cobalt‐free solid‐state ...
