Extension of the osp(m|n)~ so(m-n) Correspondence to the Infinite-Dimensional Chiral Spinors and Self Dual Tensors [PDF]

open access: yes, 2017
The spinor representations of the orthosymplectic Lie superalgebras osp(m|n) are considered and constructed. These are infinite-dimensional irreducible representations, of which the superdimension coincides with the dimension of the spinor representation

Hyperosmotic stress induces PARP1‐mediated HPF1‐dependent mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Sorbitol‐induced hyperosmotic stress rapidly induces reversible mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation (MARylation) on PARP1 without the signs of genotoxic signaling. We show that PARP1 autoMARylation is HPF1 dependent and forms hydroxylamine‐resistant O‐glycosidic linkages.

Low-energy limit of N-photon amplitudes in a constant field: Part II

open access: yesPhysics Letters B
We employ the worldline formalism to derive a series representation of the low-energy limit of the N-photon amplitude in a constant background field for both scalar and spinor QED. The amplitudes are then written in terms of a single proper-time integral.

SO(10): A case for hadron colliders

open access: yesPhysics Letters B, 2023
We study the mass scales in the SO(10) grand unified theory based on the following minimal Higgs representation content: adjoint 45H, spinor 16H and complex vector 10H, with higher dimensional operators on top of renormalizable interactions.

Structures of boson and fermion Fock spaces in the space of symmetric functions

open access: yes, 2003
We realize the Weil representation of infinite dimensional symplectic group and spinor representation of infinite-dimensional group $GL$ by linear operators in the space of symmetric functions in infinite number of variables.Comment: 32 ...

The PI3Kδ inhibitor roginolisib (IOA‐244) preserves T‐cell function and activity

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Identification of novel PI3K inhibitors with limited immune‐related adverse effects is highly sought after. We found that roginolisib and idelalisib inhibit chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) cells and Treg suppressive functions to similar extents, but roginolisib affects cytotoxic T‐cell function and promotion of pro‐inflammatory T helper subsets to a

Pre‐analytical optimization of cell‐free DNA and extracellular vesicle‐derived DNA for mutation detection in liquid biopsies

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.

Keratin 19 as a prognostic marker and contributing factor of metastasis and chemoresistance in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

3d conformal fields with manifest sl(2, ℂ)

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2021
In the present paper we construct all short representation of so(3, 2) with the sl(2, ℂ) symmetry made manifest due to the use of sl(2, ℂ) spinors. This construction has a natural connection to the spinor-helicity formalism for massless fields in AdS4 ...

Maximally Symmetric Minimal Unification Model SO(32) with Three Families in Ten Dimensional Space-time

open access: yes, 2007
Based on a maximally symmetric minimal unification hypothesis and a quantum charge-dimension correspondence principle, it is demonstrated that each family of quarks and leptons belongs to the Majorana-Weyl spinor representation of 14-dimensions that ...
