AbstractThe Splendore–Hoeppli phenomenon originally described in 1908 is a rare pathological state with an as yet unknown cause. Reported is the Splendore–Hoeppli phenomenon present in both eyes of a 36‐year‐old woman. The pathology then proceeded to resolve itself completely within 10 weeks.
