Splendore-Hoeppli phenomenon around blastomyces in cytologic preparation.
Acta cytologica, 1985The Splendore-Hoeppli phenomenon was observed in bronchial washings and in the transbronchial lung biopsy specimen in a case of pulmonary blastomycosis. This is the first report of this phenomenon in a bronchial cytologic preparation.
