Sclerosing Angiomatoid Nodular Transformation With Characteristic Imaging Findings: A Report of Three Cases Treated by Laparoscopic Splenectomy

open access: yesClinical Case Reports, Volume 13, Issue 12, December 2025.
ABSTRACT Sclerosing angiomatoid nodular transformation is a rare benign splenic lesion that mimics malignancy on imaging.
