Kinesin‐Induced Buckling Reveals the Limits of Microtubule Self‐Repair
This study shows that kinesin‐driven buckling induces extensive microtubule lattice damage that often exceeds intrinsic self‐repair and leads to filament failure. While curvature, motor motility, and force individually cause limited damage, their combination overwhelms repair.

Parametric Surfaces for Elliptic and Hyperbolic Geometries
Background/Objectives: In computer graphics, virtual worlds are constructed and visualized through algorithmic processes. These environments are typically populated with objects defined by mathematical models, traditionally based on Euclidean geometry ...

Erasable FAP Targeted Spray‐On Probe for Fluorescence‐Guided Surgery
We present the first erasable spray‐on probe for fluorescence‐guided surgery. Following topical delivery, FAP‐FLASH550 targets fibroblast activation protein–expressing stromal cells, delineating tumor margins with high tumor‐to‐background ratios. A 365 nm UV light pulse rapidly erases fluorescent signals through triazene photodegradation and subsequent

The Instability in the Dimensions of Polynomial Splines of Mixed Smoothness over T-Meshes
Mixed-smoothness splines facilitate localized control over smoothness; however, the issue of dimensional instability in mixed-smoothness spline spaces remains unstudied in the existing literature.
